Electronic commerce in Argentina brought in revenues of 10 billion dollars in 2020, representing a 124% increase from the previous year.
This is a very digital market: 80% of the population has internet access and this percentage continues to grow.
The majority of Latin American countries rely on cash-based payments, and so does Argentina. The biggest provider is Pago Fácil, which offers bill and tax payments in nearly 4,000 stores across the country.

In Argentina, 40% of the population use banking services. Around 10 million people access banking services digitally and use different digital payment systems.
